Groups were assigned their cut of pork by a random drawing.  They searched for an “appetizer-like” recipe.  They went with Mrs. Meinertz to Red’s to shop for and purchase ingredients.  One group cooked at a time and they all got to taste the food created with pork from Nettle Valley Farms! 
They (the students) created the following “food blogs” using Google Site.
